BlastTac engineers recognise that high-velocity projectile fragments potentially generated from a +/- 20,000psi failure during high pressure testing could be as lethal as a bullet, and that’s why our SB Series is Bullet Resistant Certified to UL752 Level 1, 2, and 3+.
Our product line will protect and save lives, but how can you be sure? BlastTac had rigorous military and industrial standard tests carried out by Chesapeake Testing at their premiere facility in the USA. So we just don’t tell you it meets your specifications, WE PROVE IT and can provide all relevant performance data and certification standards to back this up. Our blankets are tested to international standards, including; ASTM, MIL Spec, NFPA and UL752.
- All of our blanket and curtain material has been tested in accordance with U.S. Military (Mil Spec), UL and ASTM International Test Standards.
- Our blankets and curtains are tested internally and then tested and certified by Chesapeake Testing Labs in North Carolina.
- Our Frames and fittings will be DNV Certified from March 1st 2017.
